How to install it on your phone

Set it up on iPhone

Four short steps, then dispatch can see you and send you loads.

  • 01Open the app and sign in
  • 02When it asks for location, tap Allow While Using App
  • 03Then set it to Always, so dispatch sees you while you drive Settings/Privacy & Security/Location Services/Filic Express/Always
  • 04Turn on Background App Refresh Settings/General/Background App Refresh/Filic Express/On
Already have the app and it asks you to update? Use the App Store button above and tap Update.

Set it up on Android

Four short steps, then dispatch can see you and send you loads.

  • 01Open the app and sign in
  • 02Read the location screen and tap Continue
  • 03Choose Allow all the time, not While using the app Settings/Apps/Filic Express/Permissions/Location/Allow all the time
  • 04Set the battery to Unrestricted, so the phone does not stop the app Settings/Apps/Filic Express/Battery/Unrestricted
Google Play not working on your phone? Download the app file instead. Your phone will then try to stop you twice, that is normal, this is our own app.
Chrome says File may be harmful, tap Download anyway. Then a screen says your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, and press back. If Play Protect says Unsafe app blocked, tap More details then Install anyway.

How you know it is working

You will see Sharing your location with dispatch in your notification bar. Leave the app running in the background, you do not have to keep it open while you drive.
